Dr. Lawrence Walter has over 19 years experience as a advertising, marketing and creative consultant before he begin his focus on training in 1986. Since then, he has spoken to over almost 1,000,000 participants; CEOs, managers, executives, students, parents and teachers in seminars, talks, workshops and conferences conducted in Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Brunei, Taiwan, Thailand, Australia and China. 1. Won the JCI Outstanding Commercial Education World Award in Helsinki, Finland, 1991 against over nominations for outstanding contribution to education by Jaycees.

2. Represented Malaysia at the National Achievers Congress 1994.Shared the same platform with Tom Hopkins & Joe Girard (the world greatest professional trainers) mesmerizing over 4,000 participants at Putra World Trade Centre, Kuala Lumpur and 6,000 participants at the Singapore Indoor Stadium.

3. Nominated as one of the best speaker at the National Sales Convention in 1993 where 1,000 sales professionals attended with speakers from Australia, USA, Singapore & Malaysia. His creative presentation was well-received and seen as a new approach to training.

4. Spoken at the ASIA-PACIFIC LIFE INSURANCE CONGRESS where over 7,500 participants from around the world attended. Only the best were invited to speak. Other speakers include Tony Gordon, Prof. J. Zink and Tom Lin.
