Return & Refund Policy

If for any damage or wrong delivery with the item you received, you may return it for a replacement under the below conditions . We’ll assist you with a prompt return or exchange. We practice “NO CASH REFUND” and “7-DAYS RETURN” policies.
(a) Return requests should be emailed to within 7 days after your order was delivered to you.
(b) Items should be returned in unused condition and original packaging.
(c) When no damage issue is involved, the replacement shipping fees would be at the expense of the client. When return is motivated by a damage issue, we would replace the
defective item at our cost, providing that our return procedure has been followed.
How to return or exchange products

(b). Order number and the date the order was received.
(c). A photo of the damage products
